How do I personalize my T-shirt?
It's easy! On the product page, simply:
- Upload a clear, high-quality photo of your pet
- Enter your pet's name in the provided field
- Select your size and color, then place your order
Our designer will create a unique custom design featuring your furry friend. You'll receive a confirmation once your design is ready and sent to production!

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States to ensure the fastest delivery and highest quality for our customers.
How long will it take to get my order?
For personalized orders, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for custom design before production begins.
- Design (personalized orders only): 2–3 business days
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Economy Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Total estimated time: 8–20 business days for personalized orders.
Quality & Care
What kind of T-shirts do you use?
We use premium, soft-spun cotton blends that are comfortable for everyday wear and durable enough to withstand multiple washes without fading the custom print.
How should I wash my custom shirt?
To keep the print looking vibrant:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the personalized design.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since each product is uniquely made for your pet, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we offer a 14-day guarantee if the product arrives damaged or with a printing error.
