Shipping Policy - Chubby Pets
At Chubby Pets, we create every product specifically for you and your furry friend as soon as you place an order. This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
1. Production Time
- All of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. For personalized orders (custom pet designs), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for design before production begins.
- For personalized designs, please double-check all details before placing your order; once production begins, we cannot make changes.
2. Shipping Times (United States)
- Economy Shipping: 6-12 business days after production.
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days after production.
- Note: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Orders ($0.00 - $54.99): $6.99 (Economy) or $9.99 (Standard).
- Combined Shipping ($55.00 - $84.99): $7.99 flat rate — 6-12 business days after production.
- Free Standard Shipping ($85.00+): FREE Standard Shipping — 4-8 business days after production.
4. Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- In rare cases, items may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different production partners.
5. Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
