Shipping Policy

At Chubby Pets, we create every product specifically for you and your furry friend as soon as you place an order. This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

1. Production Time

  • All of our items are made-to-order.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
  • For personalized designs (such as our custom name shirts), please double-check the spelling; once production begins, we cannot make changes.

2. Shipping Times (United States)

Total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time.

  • Economy Shipping: 6-12 business days after production.
  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days after production.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Economy Shipping: $6.99 on orders from $0.00 to $54.99. Delivery takes 6 to 12 business days.

 

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 on orders from $0.00 to $54.99. Delivery takes 4 to 8 business days.

 

  • Discounted Combined Shipping: $7.99 on orders from $55.00 to $84.99. Delivery takes 6 to 12 business days.

 

  • Free Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders of $85.00 or more. Delivery takes 4 to 8 business days.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • In rare cases, items may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different production partners.

Refund & Return Policy

Since every item at Chubby Pets is printed exclusively for you upon request, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or changes of mind.

1. Final Sale Items

  • All personalized products and made-to-order designs are considered Final Sale.
  • We encourage you to review our Sizing Charts carefully before placing your order.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. We will make it right if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged.
  • Misprinted (wrong design or blurry print).
  • The wrong item or size compared to what you ordered.

In these cases, contact us at hichubbypets@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

3. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing error, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Chubby Pets or our production partner.
