Shipping Policy - Chubby Pets

At Chubby Pets, we create every product specifically for you and your furry friend as soon as you place an order. This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

1. Production Time

  • All of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. For personalized orders (custom pet designs), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for design before production begins.

    For personalized designs, please double-check all details before placing your order; once production begins, we cannot make changes.

2. Shipping Times (United States)

  • Economy Shipping: 6-12 business days after production.
  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days after production.

 

  • Please note: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Orders ($0.00 - $54.99): $6.99 (Economy) or $9.99 (Standard).

 

  • Combined Shipping ($55.00 - $84.99): $7.99 flat rate — 6-12 business days after production.

 

  • Bulk Orders ($85.00+): FREE Standard Shipping — 4-8 business days after production.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • In rare cases, items may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different production partners.

5. Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
